The Property in Penang

I don't have much close guy friends. I can even calculated it with fingers. However, with this low probability, I meet this two (which they do not know each other) with a totally opposing opinion on their "education" that delivered to me.

A: Don't tell me about money. I hate girls that talk about money lar...You see, relationship is more important. I have a lot of friend cases happen where girl choose money and let go the relationship. Plus, I am poor. If I were rich, I wont talk to those girls who see money importantly.


B: Come on, you see, girls are born with the nature killing weapon towards guys, which is their gentleness. Why all those modern girls want to show they are so outstanding, so strong in front of their man huh?Clever girl should get a good career but remains weak in front of the guy and let guy do the thing la. Utilize the strength of female, get a good and rich hubby, marridge is about life you know?

Regardless of who is hitting the better point, I am kind of curious which is actually the real thinking of guys.

B always want to intro me his rich friend who is from Penang, 20 plus, never get into relationship. The rich level is somewhere like having 5 Mercedes at home. I was not paying much attention before he said another fact.

"Why dont he has a girl friend then? He should be getting a lots of girl friends if he wants?" I asked

"Well, majority of the people living in Penang have that level of wealtiness, who cares about him?" B replied.

Now I am impressed. Penang people are that rich?

To cut it short, lets take a look at the property of Penang.





There are a lot of condominiums there, the hottest and the luxury.

The luxury condos:

1) 11 Gurney Drive

It is located along Penang's prominent waterfront, Gurney Drive. Luxury condo comes with all those facilities such as baggage room, mail room, driver's waiting room, cocktail terrace, sauna, and spa etc.

2) The View Twin Towers

This is the sister of Petronas Twin Tower. Each of the unit comes with a private Jacuzzi and a balcony that facing Penang Bridge.






3) The Uban Residence, Batu Uban

This is the example of properties that most interest the younger urbanties, which expect to live in a sense of style and class.

4) Infinity

Located at Tanjung Bunga, waterside and beachfront condominium which is desirable and middle upper class residential.




5 ) Gurney Paragon

This condominium is at the first phrase of a mixed development which consists of two blocks of luxury condo units. The second phrase of the mixed development comprises a lifestyle shopping mall.









Penang people are really lucky, they have those chance to choose staying nearby the sea, which can let them have "sea view" as one of their criteria of the dream house. Nice place, nice condominium, nice people.

I will suggest B to get a girl friend from Penang.
