Recently I have a friend coming down from Johor to pay me a visit in KL, so I have went around and check all hotels price that is in KL and near to train station ( I need to make sure its convenient since I am not driving). I have never done this before as I am local here, that is definity not necessary.
After a full round of research, now I can look at the hotel itself and tell my friend how much does it cost for one night.
"Oh this one cost RM180 includes breakfast for the superior room per night, that one is RM155, wireless or non wireless, swimming pool or no swimming pool etc etc". So I was temporary a hotel dictionary until I can't remember it.
After all, the conclusion that I can make for hotels in KL, its simply TOO expensive. If I am paying the same rate, I can get a room with romantic fantastic room with *girly theme* if I were in Taiwan. There is actually many other options outside. I realise that hotel was not the only choice after I have found website that is providing Room for Rent
You can either find a long term/ short term rentals here. There is even preference setting for the people you prefer to live with with choice of races ( This is so much localise for Malaysian).Plus, you can find every states here for the room rental. For me, I will have to look into the short term rentals for my friend.

The availability of the room can be checked before booking, after selection of the date, you may proceed to the booking, just need to take a short registration with the web as a member and no charge incurred.

I realise this is quite convenient for locals that wish to have a short trip to other state, or even work in other states, it is also targeted the tourist, and foreign backpackers. This will be very helpful for them.
